Colorful Flower Saplings Available at Subsidized Rates in Srinagar Keeping in view the growing interest in gardening in Kashmir, the Floriculture Department is providing quality flower saplings to people at subsidized rates. The Plant Introduction Centre (PIC), Srinagar is preparing different varieties of flower saplings in polyhouses so that customers can easily get better quality plant material. Over the past few years, people in the Valley have shown increasing interest in gardening.
