Pae — thank you for being pure levity. You’re elemental. A compound you couldn’t synthesize in a thousand molecules. Rare. A diamond. Precious. *DUANG*: A green flag? A green forest? No. Duang, I want to tell you this — I’m going to miss you the most. I feel you. I can’t claim I’m like you, but I will strive to be like you, for myself. The way you wait, the way you won Qin’s heart — you aren’t just a character in a novel. You _are_ the novel. Your effort was staggering. I’m still awestruck that a person can be this profoundly good.
