Punjabi cuisines #2 KADAI PANEER MASALA Ingredients Chopped onion -250g Chopped tomatoes-200g Ginger garlic-1/2cup Cashew -15 Cumin seeds -1tblspn Coriander seeds-1tblspn Red chilli Cream -1/2cup Paneer -200grams Onion,capsicum-1cup Kadai masala powder 1.coriander seeds -13g 2 .Pepper powder-10g 3.red chilli -40g 4.kasuri methi -1g 5. Cinnamon - 10 g 6. Bay leaves - 1 g 7. Green cardamom - 6 g 8. Black cardamom - 4 g 9. Cumin - 4.5 g 10. Sesame - 10 g 11. Fennel seeds - 8 g Roast all whole spices at low flame one by one for 2 to 3 minutes and cool it. Add all roasted whole spices in mixie jar and grind it. Add all powder spices to the above ground spices and mix it. Sieve the masala powder and store it.
