School Building Construction Progresses Rapidly in Remote Tribal Area of Rajouri Construction work on the school building at Government Middle School Beena Kanthol, located in the remote and hilly panchayat of Khawas Block in Rajouri district, has finally begun. The long-awaited project has brought new hope to students from poor families in the area. Locals said that a contractor had earlier transported construction material through horses and mules and managed to complete only the foundation work before abandoning the project due to high transportation costs.
