🛒 *Ingredients*
➡️ Fresh curd – 1 cup
➡️ Cucumber – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
➡️ Carrot – 1 tbsp (grated)

➡️ Onion – 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
➡️ Roasted cumin powder – ½ tsp
➡️ Black salt – a pinch
➡️ Salt – as per taste
➡️ Fresh coriander – 1 tbsp (chopped)

Step 1️⃣: 🥣 Take fresh curd in a bowl and whisk it till smooth.
Step 2️⃣: 🥒 Add cucumber, carrot, and onion.
Step 3️⃣: 🧂 Sprinkle roasted cumin powder, black salt, and salt.
Step 4️⃣: 🌿 Mix well and garnish with fresh coriander.
