The Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the electoral roll has commenced in Odisha. On the first day, BLOs distributed enumeration forms to over 2.59 lakh voters through house-to-house visits. The campaign aims to register new voters, delete names of deceased or shifted persons, and correct errors. Political parties have appointed over 33,000 agents to assist BLOs.
