Two Russian 'rooftoppers', Angela (33) and Ivan (32), scaled the 1,454-foot antenna of the Empire State Building in New York to display a peace flag and propose marriage. Dressed in black with masks, they shocked onlookers before being arrested by the police. The couple, now living in New Jersey, are known for performing high-altitude stunts on restricted buildings worldwide, including Merdeka 118 in Malaysia.
