In a shocking incident, 32 licensed firearms kept for safety in the armory of Sector 8 police station in Faridabad, Haryana, have gone missing. Police Commissioner Satyender Kumar Gupta has suspended ASI Bijender Singh, who was in charge of the armory, and registered a case against him. The stolen weapons include expensive foreign-made pistols valued between 2 to 10 lakh rupees. It is suspected that these weapons have been sold in Rajasthan or Delhi-NCR.
