The Mancheswar Police have arrested the Hiwa driver, Jagmohan Bhukta, involved in the sensational road accident on Palasuni bridge in Bhubaneswar. The truck allegedly dragged a car for 500 meters after hitting it from behind. Police have slapped an attempt to murder charge against the driver. Although not under the influence of alcohol, the driver stated he did not stop the vehicle fearing public wrath.
