India's Ministry of Defence has approved a 52,000 crore military acquisition deal, primarily focusing on the indigenous 'Akash Tarang' anti-drone system. This system is designed to detect and destroy enemy drones in mid-air. The deal also includes the procurement of anti-tank guided missiles, medium-range surface-to-air missiles, and V-SHORADS for real-time surveillance along the borders with Pakistan and China. Additionally, high-altitude pseudo-satellites for the Air Force and ground mines for the Navy will be inducted to strengthen India's electronic warfare and monitoring capabilities across land, air, and sea. https://argusnews.in/national/defence-deal-akash-tarang-anti-drone-system-kamikaze #creator program
