Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPI) have withdrawn over 2.25 lakh crore rupees from the Indian equity market in the first five months of 2026. Data from NSDL shows that in May alone, 32,963 crore rupees were pulled out. Except for February, all months saw significant capital outflows.
