The Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) is set to repair the sanctum sanctorum (Garbhagriha) of the Lingaraj Temple in Bhubaneswar within 15 days. The floor, made of Khondalite stones, has developed pits, causing difficulties for priests and devotees. Following approval from the temple administration and trust board, the repairs will take place daily between 2 PM and 5 PM during the Sahanmela rituals. The ASI has provided a written assurance that no damage will be caused to the existing structures during the process. The work is expected to commence within two days. https://sambad.in/metro/lingaraj-temple-garbhagriha-renovation-to-be-completed-in-15-days-12110451 #creator program
