➡️ ¾ cup grated jaggery (gud)
➡️ 2 tbsp ghee
➡️ ¼ tsp cardamom powder
➡️ 2 tbsp peanuts (roasted & crushed – optional)
👩🍳 *Method (Step-by-Step)*
*Step 1: Roast Sesame Seeds*
➡️ Dry roast sesame seeds on low flame till they turn light golden and start popping.
➡️ Let them cool and lightly crush using a grinder or mortar.
*Step 2: Prepare Jaggery Syrup*
➡️ Heat ghee in a pan.
➡️ Add grated jaggery and cook on low flame till it melts completely.
➡️ Do not overcook; no string consistency needed.
*Step 3: Mix Ingredients*
➡️ Add roasted sesame seeds, peanuts, and cardamom powder to melted jaggery.
➡️ Mix well and turn off the flame.
*Step 4: Shape the Ladoos*
➡️ Grease your palms with ghee.
➡️ While the mixture is warm, shape into round ladoos.
