The Indian government has introduced a new ATF price stabilization scheme allowing domestic airlines to fix jet fuel prices for up to three years. While government retailers hiked jet fuel prices by 10%, airlines opting for the voluntary scheme will pay a fixed rate of Rs 115 per litre instead of the market-linked rate of approx Rs 142. The Union Cabinet has approved a Rs 10,000 crore framework to provide interest-free advances to oil companies to shield the aviation sector from international price volatility. https://www.dharitri.com/after-petrol-cylinder-air-travel-will-now-become-more-expensive/ #creator program
