A major fire broke out in a private bus named 'Srima' traveling from Rourkela to Paradip near Barkotia village in Angul district. The incident occurred around 1 AM on Saturday due to a suspected short circuit. There were approximately 60 passengers on board who were rescued safely after the driver noticed the fire and stopped the vehicle immediately. Although the bus was completely gutted in the fire, no casualties were reported.
