Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL) has signed three Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) worth ₹3.93 crore with the Angul district administration for community development and infrastructure projects. The initiatives include ₹31.56 lakh for aromatic crop clusters benefiting 2,200 farmers, ₹2.61 crore for road and drainage construction in Dhauragath village, and ₹1 crore for six development projects in Talcher municipality.
