A brave woman saved a 7-year-old boy from the jaws of a leopard in the Dudhawa area of Kanker, Chhattisgarh. The leopard attacked the boy, Umang Mandavi, while he was on his way to an Anganwadi center and tried to drag him into the forest. Hearing his screams, the woman fought off the animal by throwing a water bottle and shouting, forcing it to flee. The boy is currently undergoing treatment at a hospital.
