The Odisha government has appointed 13 senior OAS officers as Officers on Special Duty (OSD) to assist the Puri district administration for the smooth conduct of Ratha Yatra 2026. These officers will be deployed from June 25 to July 27 to handle crowd management and inter-departmental coordination. They have been directed to report to the Puri Collector by June 25.
