The body of a 65-year-old elderly woman, Budhani Lakhua, was found in a burnt state within the premises of a rice mill near Bijabahala in Sundargarh district. The victim, who was a scrap collector, was found in the hot ash (burnt husk) of the mill. Police have registered a case and are investigating the lapse in security at the mill that allowed her entry.
