A tragic lightning strike in Ninashpani village under Raighar block of Nabarangpur district claimed the lives of a mother and daughter. The deceased, identified as Daimati Muduli (50) and Champa Muduli (20), were picking Kusum berries in their field when the incident occurred during a sudden storm. Champa was working as a healthcare worker at a local Shishu Batika.
