A man named Jaswinder Singh committed suicide by shooting himself in the Zira area of Ferozepur due to financial distress. In his suicide note, he named four friends who allegedly failed to return his invested money and stopped answering his calls. He had even borrowed money from others to invest on their advice. He succumbed to his injuries during treatment at DMC Hospital, Ludhiana.
