A master plan for a new satellite city in Bhubaneswar is being developed by Singapore-based Surbana Jurong Infrastructure Pvt Ltd. Spanning 800 acres across Gothapatna, Malipada, and Dasapur, the project aims to be a transit-oriented development providing housing, transport, and integrated land use for all income groups.
