A massive fire broke out at Flourish Stay B&B in South Delhi's Malviya Nagar, claiming the lives of at least 21 people, mostly foreigners. Delhi Police has registered an FIR for culpable homicide against the hotel owner, who is currently absconding. The fire reportedly started in the ground-floor restaurant after a blast-like sound.
