🛒 *Ingredients:*
*For Kala Chana Curry:*
➤ 1 cup kala chana (soaked overnight) 🫘
➤ 1 onion (finely chopped) 🧅
➤ 2 tomatoes (pureed) 🍅
➤ 1 green chilli (chopped) 🌶️
➤ 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste 🧄
➤ ½ tsp turmeric powder 💛
➤ 1 tsp red chilli powder 🌶️
➤ 1 tsp coriander powder 🌿
➤ ½ tsp garam masala ✨
➤ Salt to taste 🧂
➤ 2 tbsp oil 🫒
➤ Fresh coriander for garnish 🌱
*For Puri:*
➤ 2 cups wheat flour 🌾
➤ 1 tsp oil 🫒
➤ Salt to taste 🧂
➤ Water as needed 💧
➤ Oil for deep frying 🫒
👩🍳 *Method:*
*Kala Chana Curry:*
1️⃣ Pressure cook soaked kala chana with water and salt for 5-6 whistles. 🫘
2️⃣ Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and sauté until golden. 🧅
3️⃣ Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilli. Cook for 1 minute. 🧄🌶️
4️⃣ Add tomato puree, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until oil separates. 🍅✨
5️⃣ Add boiled kala chana along with some cooking water. Simmer for 10 minutes. 🍛
6️⃣ Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander. 🌱
*Puri:* 7️⃣ Mix flour, salt, and oil. Add water gradually and knead into a firm dough. 🌾
8️⃣ Rest for 10 minutes, then make small balls and roll into puris. ⭕
9️⃣ Deep fry in hot oil until puffed and golden. 🫓✨
