Amritsar Counter Intelligence arrested two associates of foreign handlers linked to Babbar Khalsa International (BKI). Two hand grenades were recovered from them. Preliminary investigation revealed a conspiracy to target government institutions and infrastructure to disturb peace in Punjab. An FIR has been registered at the State Special Operation Cell under the Explosive Substances Act and BNS Act.
