Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan reviewed the progress of the Paika Rebellion Memorial project at Barunei, Khordha. He emphasized completing the civil works by January 2027 and announced that the second tender for interior and design work will be called soon. Out of the 90 crore rupees funded by IOCL, approximately 40 crore rupees have already been spent. Pradhan highlighted the memorial as a symbol of Odia pride and bravery, inspiring future generations.
