The Odisha State Cabinet, chaired by CM Mohan Majhi, has approved the 'Jnanodaya-Shiksharu Samruddhi' scheme to provide free education from KG to PG. Starting from the 2026-27 academic year, admission fees for Class 9-12 and regular UG/PG courses in government and aided institutions will be waived.
