The Chandpur Mandal BJP Mahila Morcha organized a massive protest march called 'Jana Akrosh Mahila Shakti Padayatra' in Ranpur block. The protest was aimed at the opposition of the Women's Reservation Bill by Congress and BJD. Hundreds of BJP women workers wore black ribbons and marched from Domani Temple through Chandpur market.
