🛒 *Ingredients*
➤ 2 cups cooked rice (cold)
➤ 150g paneer (cubed)
➤ 1 onion (chopped)
➤ ½ capsicum (chopped)
➤ 2 tbsp spring onion
➤ 1 tbsp soy sauce
➤ 1 tbsp chili sauce
➤ 1 tsp vinegar
➤ Salt & pepper to taste
➤ 2 tbsp oil
👩🍳 *Steps*
*Step 1:* Heat oil, fry paneer cubes till golden and keep aside.
*Step 2:* In same pan sauté onion & capsicum on high flame.
*Step 3:* Add soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, salt & pepper.
*Step 4:* Add cooked rice and paneer, toss well on high flame.
*Step 5:* Garnish with spring onion and serve hot.
