In Nabarangpur district, the recovery of Kharif loans and interest distributed through 13 LAMPS under Koraput Central Cooperative Bank is discouraging. Out of ₹331.65 crore disbursed to 23,025 farmers, ₹103.89 crore in principal and ₹97.83 crore in interest remain unpaid. Interest recovery is particularly low at only 8.54%.
