#🥗फूड प्रेजेंटेशन *Traditional Dal Baati* 😍🔥
🛒 *Ingredients:*
*For Baati:*
➤ 2 cups wheat flour 🌾
➤ 1/4 cup semolina (sooji) ✨
➤ 4 tbsp ghee 🧈
➤ 1/2 tsp salt 🧂
➤ Water as needed 💧
*For Dal:*
➤ 1/2 cup toor dal 🌼
➤ 1/4 cup moong dal 🌱
➤ 1/4 cup chana dal 🟡
➤ 1 onion (chopped) 🧅
➤ 2 tomatoes (chopped) 🍅
➤ 2 green chillies 🌶️
➤ 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste 🧄
➤ 1/2 tsp turmeric 💛
➤ 1 tsp red chilli powder 🌶️
➤ 1 tsp cumin seeds ✨
➤ 2 tbsp ghee 🧈
➤ Salt to taste 🧂
👩🍳 *Method:*
1️⃣ Mix flour, sooji, salt, and ghee. Add water and knead a firm dough. 🍞
2️⃣ Make medium-sized balls (baatis) and bake at 180°C for 30–35 minutes or cook in an appe pan until golden brown. 🔥
3️⃣ Wash and pressure-cook all dals with turmeric and water for 4–5 whistles. 🥣
4️⃣ Heat ghee in a pan. Add cumin, onion, ginger-garlic paste, and green chillies. Sauté well.🧅
5️⃣ Add tomatoes, red chilli powder, and salt. Cook until soft. 🍅
6️⃣ Add cooked dal and simmer for 10 minutes. Adjust consistency as needed. 🍛
7️⃣ Dip hot baatis in melted ghee and serve with dal. 🧈😍
