🇮🇳 *FACTS ABOUT BHARAT *
=======================
Kailasa temple at Ellora is considered one of the most spectacular rock-cut monuments in the world. Carved from a single, gigantic rock face, the temple’s sheer size and sculptural treatment are breathtaking. But there is another reason this temple is a world-class wonder – it was carved vertically into the tough basalt of the Sahyadri Hills with little more than hammers and chisels, more than 1,200 years ago.
Cave No 16 – is by far the most magnificent and imposing. Built by the kings of the Rashtrakuta dynasty, which ruled parts of South India between the 8th and 10th century CE, the Kailasa temple is the largest of the rock-cut, monolithic Hindu temples at Ellora.

*😳WHY❓❓❓*
=======================
*WHY WE GET ACIDITY IN STOMACH*
The gastric glands in the stomach create acid i.e. HCL (Hydrochloric acid with pH <4) which is necessary to digest the food and to kill any germs. Acidity occurs when the gastric glands produce a large amount of acid, more than what is needed for the digestion process.
1. Obesity
If you are overweight or obese, the added pressure on your abdomen and stomach can cause the acid in your stomach or travel up the esophagus, causing acidity and heartburn.
2. Foods and Beverages
Certain foods and beverages can trigger acid reflux and heartburn in many people. Some of these are onions, citrus fruits, tomato-based products (like ketchup), fatty and fried foods, peppermint, chocolate, spicy foods, alcohol, carbonated drinks and caffeinated beverages like tea and coffee.
3. Poor lifestyle choices and bad habits, such as smoking, eating large meals, lying down immediately after meals and eating close to bedtime are also common reasons for acidity and heartburn.
