Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has dismissed OAS officer Bhimsen Tudu from government service in connection with the death of medical student Chandrika Hembram. Tudu, who was in a long-term relationship with Chandrika, allegedly cheated on her and instigated her to commit suicide. Following his arrest and detention for over 48 hours, the government took strict action, permanently debarring him from future government service.
