Former England Test captain Mike 'MJK' Smith has passed away at the age of 92. Smith represented England in 50 Test matches, captaining them in 25, and scored over 2,278 runs including three centuries. He was a legend for Warwickshire County Cricket Club, where he amassed nearly 40,000 first-class runs. Smith also played rugby for England in 1956 and served as an ICC match referee and chairman of Warwickshire after his playing days.
