*For Bhaji*
- *Boiled potatoes* – 3
- *Cauliflower* – 1 cup
- *Peas* – 1/2 cup
- *Carrot* – 1/2 cup
- *Onion* – 2 (chopped)
- *Tomato puree* – 3
- *Ginger-garlic paste* – 1 tbsp
- *Pav bhaji masala* – 2 tsp
- *Red chilli powder* – 1 tsp
- *Salt* – to taste
- *Butter* – 2 tbsp
*Other Ingredients*
- *Pav (buns)* – 4
- *Onion* – chopped
- *Lemon* – 1
- *Coriander* – for garnish
*Method:*
1️⃣ *Boil and mash all vegetables.*
2️⃣ *Sauté onions in butter.*
3️⃣ *Add ginger-garlic and tomato puree.*
4️⃣ *Add spices and mashed veggies.*
5️⃣ *Cook and mash well for thick bhaji.*
6️⃣ *Toast pav in butter.*
