With an extensive experience of over 27 years, Verma was previously associated with the conversational AI company, Uniphore as the Vice President-People. He has also worked with e-commerce and telecom giants like Flipkart, India Telecom Infra Limited (ITIL) and Airtel where he was in leadership roles in HR. Additionally, his previous stints also include Maharishi Group, Sylvan Learning, Visisht Group, among others. His expertise in creating vibrant and inclusive and high performing work environments aligns perfectly with ShareChat's commitment to fostering a dynamic and diverse culture.
