🧀 *Paneer Bhaji | Simple Indian Dinner Recipe*
A comforting and flavorful Paneer Bhaji made with basic spices — perfect for everyday dinner with roti or paratha.

📝 *Ingredients*
➡️ 200 g paneer (cubed)
➡️ 2 medium onions (finely chopped)
➡️ 2 tomatoes (pureed)
➡️ 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
➡️ ½ tsp turmeric powder
➡️ 1 tsp red chilli powder
➡️ 1 tsp coriander powder
➡️ ½ tsp garam masala
➡️ Salt to taste
➡️ 2 tbsp oil
➡️ Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)
👩🍳 *Method*
*_Step 1:_* Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Sauté until golden brown.
*Step 2:* Add ginger-garlic paste and cook till raw smell goes away.
*Step 3:* Add tomato puree, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook till oil separates.
*Step 4:* Add paneer cubes and mix gently so they don’t break.
*Step 5:* Cook for 5–7 minutes on low flame.
*Step 6:* Add garam masala, mix well, and turn off the flame. Garnish with fresh coriander.
✨ Serve hot with roti, paratha, or jeera rice — a perfect homely dinner!
