Harish Rao said that in the past, the neighbouring state had successfully stalled the Palamuru-Rangareddy project by encouraging farmers to file writ petitions and obtain stay orders. "Yet, the Congress govt intentionally filed a petition that lacked basic legal jurisdiction. This was not a mistake; it was a calculated move to surrender Telangana's rights," he alleged.
