#🥗फूड प्रेजेंटेशन *Soft & Juicy Gulab Jamun | Homemade Recipe* 🍯 Melt-in-the-mouth gulab jamuns soaked in aromatic sugar syrup — perfect for festivals and sweet cravings 😍 ⏱️ Prep: 15 min | 🍳 Cook: 20 min 🍽️ Makes: 12–14 jamuns 📝 *Ingredients* *For Jamuns* ➡️ 1 cup milk powder ➡️ 2 tbsp all-purpose flour (maida) ➡️ 2 tbsp ghee ➡️ ¼ cup milk (add gradually) ➡️ A pinch of baking soda *For Sugar Syrup* ➡️ 1½ cups sugar ➡️ 1½ cups water ➡️ 4 green cardamom pods (crushed) ➡️ Rose water or saffron (optional) 👩‍🍳 *Method* 1️⃣ *Prepare the Dough* In a bowl, mix milk powder, maida, baking soda, and ghee. Add milk little by little and gently mix to form a soft, smooth dough. 👉 Do not over-knead. Cover and rest for 5 minutes. 2️⃣ *_Shape the Jamuns_* Grease your palms lightly with ghee. Divide the dough and roll into small, smooth, crack-free balls. 3️⃣ *Make the Sugar Syrup* In a pan, add sugar, water, and crushed cardamom. Boil for 5–6 minutes until the syrup becomes slightly sticky (no string consistency). Lower the heat and keep the syrup warm. 4️⃣ *Fry the Jamuns* Heat oil or ghee on medium-low flame. Add the jamuns and fry slowly, stirring gently for even cooking. Fry until they turn evenly golden brown. 5️⃣ *Soak the Jamuns* Immediately transfer the hot jamuns into the warm sugar syrup.
