before sleeping⭐* Gracious Heavenly Father, I come before You with a humble heart, acknowledging the times I have neglected the temple You have given me. Forgive me for not always cherishing this sacred space, for overlooking the incredible sacrifice made for my redemption. I ask You, O Lord, to guide me in honoring my body, Your sanctuary. Grant me the wisdom and strength to nourish it with care, to rest in Your comforting embrace, and to move in ways that celebrate the life You have bestowed upon me.
