Oldest School Upgraded
In a significant step toward strengthening
education infrastructure in Jammu and Kashmir, Rajouri district has witnessed a
major upgrade. Government Boys Model
Higher Secondary School, the oldest institution in the area, has now been
shifted to a newly constructed building built at an estimated cost of ₹7 crore.
The project, which took several years to complete, has been officially handed
over to the Education Department, and classes are now smoothly functioning at
