Masala Poha is a light, flavorful, and quick Indian breakfast made with flattened rice. It’s perfect for busy mornings or a light evening snack. 🫕🌿
📝 *Ingredients:*
1 cup poha (flattened rice)
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 onion (finely chopped)
1 green chili (chopped)
1 tomato (chopped)
¼ cup boiled peas (optional)
¼ cup roasted peanuts
½ tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Lemon juice and coriander for garnish
🧑🍳 *Instructions:*
1. Rinse poha in water and keep aside to soften.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
3. Add onions, green chili, and sauté until golden.
4. Add tomatoes, turmeric, and salt. Cook for 2–3 minutes.
5. Add softened poha, peas, and peanuts. Mix well and cook for 3–4 minutes.
6. Turn off the flame, add lemon juice, and garnish with coriander.
