For InterLink’s first $ITL Reverse Auction Buyback, an $ITL holder can specify: 1️⃣ How much $ITL they want to sell 2️⃣ Their asking price per $ITL After the submission period closes, valid offers are reviewed and the most competitive prices are prioritized based on the available treasury budget. That creates an important difference: 📌 Traditional Buyback → Price/terms are generally determined by the project or predefined mechanism. 📌 Reverse Auction → Participants submit their own selling prices, and the project evaluates the offers. So, a Reverse Auction is NOT simply: “Everyone sells $ITL at the same guaranteed price.” Instead, participants compete through their submitted offers, while the treasury operates within its available budget. 💰 What happens if an offer is selected?
