🍜 *Veg Manchurian* 🌶️✨ Crispy veggie balls tossed in a spicy, tangy Indo-Chinese sauce — a total crowd favorite! 😍 🥦 *Ingredients:* 🌿 *For Manchurian Balls:* ➡️ 1 cup grated cabbage ➡️ ½ cup grated carrot ➡️ 2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum ➡️ 2 tbsp cornflour ➡️ 2 tbsp maida (all-purpose flour) ➡️ Salt & pepper to taste ➡️ Oil for frying 🥣 *For Sauce:* ➡️ 1 tbsp oil ➡️ 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic ➡️ 1 tbsp finely chopped ginger ➡️ 2 tbsp spring onions ➡️ 1 tbsp soy sauce ➡️ 1 tbsp red chilli sauce ➡️ 1 tbsp tomato ketchup ➡️ 1 tsp vinegar ➡️ 1 tsp cornflour (mixed with 2 tbsp water) ➡️ Salt & pepper to taste 👩‍🍳 *Instructions:* 1️⃣ In a bowl, mix all ingredients for Manchurian balls. Shape into small balls and deep fry till golden brown. 2️⃣ Heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic, ginger, and spring onions. 3️⃣ Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, ketchup, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
