PNB Signs MoU with Uttar Pradesh Higher Education Department to Extend Benefits to 1.25 Lakh Employees Punjab National Bank (PNB) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Department of Higher Education, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
