The Cuttack district administration has invoked the National Security Act (NSA) against two brothers, Jyoti Prakash Praharaj and Jyoti Samrat Praharaj. Following recommendations from the SP due to law and order concerns, the Collector issued the order to maintain public peace. The duo has been sent to Choudwar Circle Jail until further notice.
