Yesterday, we witnessed yet another phenomenal young talent emerge — a reminder that India’s future in athletics is still bright, if only we nurture and encourage the talents. 25 year old Punjab sprinter Gurindervir Singh shattered the men's 100 m national record, clocking an incredible 10.09 seconds at the National Senior Athletics Federation Competition in Ranchi.
