Van Carrying Smuggled Ration Rice Overturns A pickup van carrying smuggled ration rice overturned yesterday on the Krishnagiri–Hosur National Highway after the driver lost control. The driver fled the scene immediately after the accident. Police from Gurubarapalli arrived at the spot and seized 2,500 kg (50 bags) of ration rice along with the vehicle, and handed them over to the Food Cell's anti-smuggling wing for further action. #ஓசூர்
