🛒 *Ingredients:*
➤ 2 cups dosa/idli batter 🥣
➤ 1 small onion (finely chopped) 🧅
➤ 1 small tomato (finely chopped) 🍅
➤ 1 green chilli (finely chopped) 🌶️
➤ 2 tbsp capsicum (chopped) 🫑
➤ 2 tbsp coriander leaves 🌿
➤ Salt (if needed) 🧂
➤ 1 tsp oil or ghee 🫒
👩🍳 *Method:*
1️⃣ Heat a non-stick tawa on medium flame. 🔥
2️⃣ Pour a ladle of batter and spread slightly, keeping it thick. 🥞
3️⃣ Sprinkle onion, tomato, chilli, capsicum, and coriander evenly on top. 🧅🍅🫑🌿
4️⃣ Gently press the vegetables with a spatula. ✨
5️⃣ Drizzle oil or ghee around the edges. 🫒
6️⃣ Cook until the bottom turns golden brown, then flip carefully. 😍
7️⃣ Cook the other side for 2–3 minutes. 🔥
8️⃣ Serve hot with coconut chutney and sambar. 🥥🍛
