Aise cases mein turant action lena bahut zaroori hota hai. Delay karne se recovery ke chances kam ho jaate hain aur paisa trace karna mushkil ho sakta hai.
AEPS fraud hone ke baad aapko kya karna chahiye:

• Apne bank ke customer care par turant call karke AEPS transaction report karein aur chargeback request raise karein
• Transaction Dispute Form fill karein, saare relevant evidence attach karein aur SRN number note karein
• Fraud hone ke 120 din ke andar complaint file karein
Yaad rakhein: Cyber fraud ke cases mein speed hi sabse bada protection hai, itni jaldi report, utni zyada recovery ki possibility.
